Cruise America- Our Epic RV Adventure Begins!

We picked up our home away from home Tuesday afternoon. The check-in process was pretty much like renting a car so we won't discuss in depth (check the outside, gas levels, etc). However, if any of you decide to do this, make sure you actually receive everything you need in their rental kit. We got a kitchen kit with no silverware, and it didn't occur to us until we actually needed it.

After getting on our way, we stopped at Target and Trader Joes for provisions. Then we learned that the highway to Sedona was closed due to a propane truck catching on fire. So, we rerouted for the night to a lovely spot just north of Phoenix: Cave Creek Regional Park.

And so it begins... We'll be driving around for the next month seeing friends, family, national parks, beaches, pretty countryside, etc. We're so excited to share this special time with all of you as we witness Ella's many firsts and introduce her to the world.
